Are you filling out every field correctly or are you just submitting fake apps with email address as “f” instead of “f@f.com”? I was submitting fake apps with no real info and blank page was being returned. After I put in an email in email format, the application returned a Success message with email confirmation and application save in WP Admin.
Yes I filled out all fields correctly with my own details and it just shows a white page.
I have tried disabling all other plugins to no effect.
Plugin author will ask you to post your website and WP version details, so you may want to supply that.
I also made sure none of the fields were marked as “Mandatory” in the App. Form settings page. Let me know if that helps.
The website is still under development but I can provide a login to the plugin author if required.
I tried un-marking all fields as mandatory but again, when you click submit the screen goes white and it doesn’t do anything / redirect to a page or even show an error.
If this is not going to be fixed can anyone recommend a working plugin?
All I need is the ability to manage jobs via the dashboard and to display them on the vacancies page allowing for online applications.
If you can post your site a staging server with a LINK where we can look at it, we can usually help resolve issues. JM is used on over 10K sites.
Local dev boxes can have so many differing configurations that it’s near impossible to tell what your issue is. Most often issues that you describe may involve other plugin and or theme conflicts. Then again w/o knowing how your local dev is constructed I am only guessing.
I have not added the page to my site map or nav bar yet.
If you just go to https://headwayeastkent.org.uk/vacancies/
Apply for the job Then submit
Just a blank white page with the address https://headwayeastkent.org.uk/vacancies/apply/jobidnumberhere/
