Applications not submitting

Grrr Tigers

Everything was working great but now the submissions are hanging and not going through once the submit button is clicked. I thought it was a docx problem but it is now happening with PDFs too. I saw the other advice and I cleared the cache with no effect, I also changed networks to no avail also. Please please help!

I deleted Borlabs Cache and everything is working now. 🙂

Keeping the post in case other users have the same trouble.

We have the same problem…but your solution doesn’t work…
I have delete SG optimizer (cache plugin)…but same problem

We can’t submit with Safari, but with the others (Chrome, IE, Firefox)is working well.

Any solution ?

still the same issue 🙁

I have the latest Safari.

Here it is what I see when I click on submit button:

Please check console of your browser after submitting Job.

It seems like Ajax call is not sending in your Safari Browser.

We recommend you to check this on other system safari browsers. Or you can try re-installing your safari browser.

We have tested this on multiple safari browsers and unable to locate issue.

Test also in some safari browser

and I see the problem in these versions : 11.1.1 and 11.1.2

no problem in 11.0.2

Hope you can find the solution…
