    Job Manager Version 0.7.25

    We’ve created a general job for all applications to go to, and after submitting the application we just get the message that the application doesn’t meet the requirements and the application never gets listed in the system. Are we missing something, or is there a trick to get the applications to go through and not get that message.

    That form is overly complicated. I would suggest shortening the form. You don’t need all that data if your pre-qualifying candidates do you?

    Example: Your Offical Use Only data – The form is looking for that data and submitting a form with blank/empty fields will error.

    The Authorization Policy. Put that in one PDF or a separate Page and make it part of the Approval Policy with (one Checkbox) “You acknowledge that checking this box that you have read and agreed to the following Policy” You captured it electronically and they cannot proceed with submission if they don’t check the box. Don’t make your form so complicated.

    Thanks for the guidance on the form. We’re still running into the same issues after simplifying things. I’m not sure if this is part of the issue or not, but in App Form Settings, there is an extra text field that keeps showing up at the bottom of the list no matter how often we try to delete it or change it.

    Try deleting the last 2 fields (You can add one back in later) Then clear your browser cache.

    Tried that a few different ways, and it didn’t work. The blank text field keeps sticking around. Is that field part of our issue? If so, any other thoughts on how to actually get rid of it?

    That last field is normal. Try a very basic form with no more than say 6 fields on a test server if you have available. Then add another field. You might also try disabling all other plugins to see if it is conflict with another plugin.

    thanks for the help. but we’re going with a different plugin that didn’t have these issues.
