 * Hi,
    Fantastic plugin, though it is a bit complicated but i managed to get through
   it up to the part i get the msg “”Application name can´t be empty”, don´t know
   where to put in the “Application name”, i´ve gone through the plugin settings
   several times and i cannot for the life of me find it, so i cannot move past 
   step 2???

 * Really sorry for the issue, i would request you to update the plugin and go to
   Look & Feel section and click on restore defaults.
 * your problem should be solved. sorry for the delayed response
