   code on my account, with the authy application, I enter the code and it replies“
   The code provided is not valid. ”

   are time-sensitive, so you must ensure that your device and server times are 
   in sync. Could you please try to sync your app correctly, as seen [here](https://www.auckland.ac.nz/en/about-us/about-the-university/identity-and-access-management/two-factor-authentication/google-authenticator-troubleshooting.html#:~:text=The%20codes%20that%20Authy%20or%C2%A0%20Google%20Authenticator%20is%20generating%20aren%27t%20working%20when%20I%20enter%20them.)?

 * the authy application does not have the time synchro function on my phone the
   time is in auto, and the anthy and identical on my pc and it does not work I 
   even tried with microsoft authenticator and nothing do and what with you the 
   other system works so it comes from you

   the delayed response. Could you please verify that your site and server times
   are in sync? Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the
   plugin. If the issue still occurs, would you please try to delete your current
   Authy account and create a new one to generate the QR? I hope this helps, and
   please let me know how it goes.

   have set the correct time but they have disturbed the date
