Application Method Email address or website URL Not Working –

When selecting “Email address or website URL” for Application Method in WP Job Manager settings users are unable to submit the Post A Job form when entering a valid url. It does work if an email address is entered.
When I switch the Application Method setting to “Email address only” or “Website URLs only” The form works as expected when entering the appropriate information on the form.
Has anyone else experienced issues with Email address or website URL Application Method setting?
