To be clear, the text “Apply Online” appears, along with the “Attach Resume*” label for the file browsing field, along with the “Submit” button.
No matter what other fields I create for the application, however, they simply do not appear on the job listing.
Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
It seems that some of your plugins or theme is conflicting with the SJB. Can you please share your website URL with us so we can look into this for you?

This site is under development, and I’m not supposed to share it publicly.
If there’s some way I can send you the URL privately, that’s fine, but if I post it here, anyone who’s logged in can see it.

Also, again, what is the purpose of the “Expose in Applicant Listing” radio button?

The application form does appear if the job posting is saved rather than previewed in draft form.
I’d still like to know what the “Expose in Applicant Listing” control does, but I’ll mark this topic as resolved.
@bpc,
Are you creating fields in the SJB Settings? If yes then the settings fields only appear to job form while creating a new job so first create fields in settings then create a new job. For the existing jobs, you need to add them manually.
“Expose in Applicant Listing” will be displayed in the Column of Application listing page. Please mark any filed in “Expose in Applicant Listing” and then visit the Applicant listing page then you will get a better understanding of this field.
Thank you for reaching us out. Let us know if we can assist you further.
