Application Endpoint Redirect?

  • When a user shares a link on Facebook and another user clicks on the link to my website, they are being taken to the Application Endpoint instead of my website. Is there a way to change this or is there a way I can have users automatically redirected to my website instead of the oneall application endpoint?

    Thanks,
    Kendrick

    Hi Kendrick,

users should never be redirected to our endpoint, there is probably an issue in your configuration. Could you give me a link to your website?

    Regards,

    Certainly, http://www.thejoplinvoice.com

It appears to be happening only through Facebook. For example when a user ‘likes’ a post, the link that’s posted that would normally take a user to my site will take them to the endpoint instead.

I’m thinking it could be with my application configuration on Facebook, but I have no clue.

    Thanks for the quick reply,
    Kendrick

Issue is resolved. I created a new app specifically for social login, seperate from an app I was originally using for a separate plugin. Works great.

    Thanks!
