 * Hey, followed everything on the tutorial so far but not able to get the form 
   to display correctly. Just wondering in the WP Job Listing what I should be putting
   in the Application email/URL field to get your form to display after applying?

 * I’m in the same boat. I’ve installed it, created the forms and selected the form
   name from the drop down within the job manager settings. However it doesn’t display
   the form when you click Apply For Job, only the email option.
 * What am I missing? It’s a custom theme I created, do I need to add anything to
   functions.php?

   work.

 * I have the same problem, that I did everything like in the tutorial and in the
   faqs and I will not get the form, only the E-mail.
