I tried to use the site yesterday but for some reason I could not navigate to the support form.
My licences say they are active till 2017.

Yeah, we have been seeing this issue happen to some folks. 🙁 Still trying to work out the cause…
In the meantime, just use the pre-sales form. They go to the same place anyway. 🙂

Hi Adam,
I have just checked over the site and as I thought there are no premium plugins being used on it.
There are third party plugins like “Contact Listings” and “Ninja Forms” but that it no premium WP Job Manager ones.
All applications are sent via a form created as shown in your docs with Ninja Forms and Contact Listings.

Ahh, so you’re using a third-party plugin for the Application form then? In that, I’m not sure we can be of too much help really. 🙁
When I try to submit the form with a missing field I get this:

Hi Adam,
When I went to revisit the site today with a clear mind I recalled seeing that within the ninja forms plugin you can submit the form via ajax without the page having to reload….
Problem solved!
This was a moment of more luck than judgement id say but it has gotten the application process working as expected and the drop down does not close allowing users to see any required fields they have missed as well as a success message when all goes well.
Sorry to trouble you with that one I should have spotted that sooner!
