  • Hi, Everything was fine, and suddenly faced an “Unable to get results” issue and it says “Application does not have permission for this action”

    I removed the account and re-connect the account but still issues there. Please help me.

  • Hey – we are getting the same thing on a client website. Expiration is good on token and feed. I removed and re-added account and getting fresh expiration but still this with good password on the account.
    I also tried recreating a new feed and same unable to get results.

    We’re really sorry about this issue; We’re having issues with our app permissions which will be fixed soon. For now, you can choose to change to a business account if you have one or enable your account as a business account to fix your issues.

    It has been like 6 days and the error has not been resolved, please at least give us some information.
