ApplePay only showing on private window

Hi there, ApplePay button is not showing. Searching I found in some cases it shows only on Private windows and that’s my case.

Can you please take a look at why is this happening? I have already contacted Stripe support and everything is well configured there, here is the screenshot of the URL domains, I already checked that:

Hi @dmeijide,

Looking at your site today using Safari on macOS the ApplePay and GooglePay buttons are both displaying in a non-private window.

I tested it on all iOS devices and tablets and it does not appear. But, when you access a private tab:

Hi @dmeijide,

I’m afraid I’ve not been able to replicate Apple Pay not displaying on your site on macOS or iOS devices. Below is a screenshot captured today from my iPhone 8 Plus using Safari.

We aren’t able to see it on any device we have tried.

We are going to ask to MacOs an iOS users if they are having this issue to have an idea why we are experiencing this.

Hey @dmeijide,

It’s worth noting that if ApplePay was not supported in a country it would not display for the customer. You can find a list of supported countries on Apple’s website below.

We are checking from UK and Spain so, it’s not about country support.

We are checking from UK and Spain so, it’s not about country support.

In that case, it seems like something you’re going to have to investigate further as to why the ApplePay buttons are not displaying for you but are displaying for ourselves.
