    Hello,
When using Apple pay it is saying the shipping is invalid even though my apple pay works on any other shop.

My other problem is I need some of my products to be paid into one bank and some into another. Is this possible?

    Thank you

    Hi @levi44 ,

Can you please double check the address set to your Apple wallet and see if it matches any of the zones you have set up? Please try to use that address on the actual checkout page you have on your website, and see if that returns any errors.

Regarding splitting payments to different bank accounts based on the products, that isn’t possible at this time. You’d need customizations to achieve this.

For assistance with customization or development with your site, we recommend reaching out to someone on our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Hello,
I did check the addresses, google pay won’t work either. Says shipping options are not right.

    Hey @levi44,

Thanks for following up and confirming that.

Another possible cause of that error has to do with situations where there aren’t any shipping methods available for the saved addresses. To see if this could be the reason, I would recommend going through the normal Checkout process on your site and seeing if any shipping methods are shown after entering the address that matches your Google/Apple Pay account.

If shipping methods do show on the Checkout page, let us know what ‘type’ of product you are testing with, as well as what the destination country is (we don’t need the full address, just the country).
