Can you give me some details about how to replicate this, please? In one screenshot I can see “Includes 19% VAT” – how are you prices and taxes setup within WooCommerce?

There are two other active threads where similar scenarios are happening.

And this thread, I wasn’t able to replicate this. Whenever I tested, the tax was applied as appropriate – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/chrome-pay-shipping-costs-with-taxes/#post-11990420
I can see you’re using a Flat Rate – is that flat rate taxable?
Also, can you confirm in the product data setting if the Shipping for that product has been selected as Taxable, please? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#general-section
