Hi there, I set up the Google and Apple pay options on my website. But I noticed that Apple pay does not appear on Safari.

I attached the link to the cart page but it is a staging website with a password. I can happily share the password on a private conversation so you can see the problem.

    Here is my email walter@marcosgrounds.com

    Hear from you son,

    Hi @walterodibi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I wasn’t able to check your staging site as it requires a password.

Before we move forward, can you please go to https://applepaydemo.apple.com/ using Safari and check if you are able to see the Apply Pay button at the bottom of the page?

If not, do you happen to have a valid credit card set to Safari? This is required in order for the button to appear. You can read more about that here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204506

If yes, We’d love to make sure that there’s nothing wrong with your setup. Can you please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe and make sure the debug logging option (it’s at the very bottom of the page) has been turned on?

If it has been turned on, please head to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs and find the Stripe log in the top right corner of the page. Please send us a copy of the contents of this log.

We will be standing by for your response. Also, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions; we are here to help.

Thank you very much for your response.

Apple pay does show when I open this link https://applepaydemo.apple.com/

I also turned on the “Log error messages” but haven’t seen any logs for Stripe on the WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs. Possibly because there hasn’t been any transactions yet?

    Hear from you soon,
    Walter
