    Hello @naresh4it

We recently had a user with a similar issue where the problem stemmed from adding “www” to the domain in PayPal. Could you please check if your situation is the same? If so, please remove the “www” subdomain.

Also, we need to confirm whether you uploaded the validation file manually or if it was automatically uploaded after you validated the domain through the PayPal form.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

No, the domain is added without “www” but the validation file was uploaded manually because it was not there

    Hello @naresh4it

It appears the problem stems from the manual uploading of the domain validation file. You don’t need to upload this file manually; PayPal should automatically place the domain file on your host after proper validation is completed. Here’s what you should do:

    1. Start the process from scratch. Remove the current domain configuration via “Manage Domain Registration” in Standard Payments tab.
    2. Since it seems like you are using the ‘www’ subdomain, add the domain again with ‘www’ included (e.g., http://www.gearmate.co.uk).
    3. After adding the domain, check the following URL to see if the domain validation file has been properly hosted: https://www.gearmate.co.uk/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association

Please follow these steps and let us know the results. If the file appears correctly, apple sheet shouldnt close itself. If not, there might be further configurations we need to address.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
