I have problem with Apple Pay and Google Pay. On compatible device, I can see Apple Pay buttons on other websites but not at this specific one. Tried change template, disable plugins, nothing helped. Payment Method Domain is setted correctly. Not a clue what is a problem.

    Hello @royalexpress,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi @royalexpress

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

Upon checking your site, https://jonekacademy.sk, I confirm that I am not seeing Google Pay or Apple Pay in your Cart or Checkout pages.

When the express checkouts option is selected, all types of express checkouts are activated (on your site) at once so you’re ready to accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or payment methods saved in the browser via the Payment Request API.

Express checkouts can be displayed on the product page, cart and checkout pages, and you can opt for hiding it in certain pages with the “Show express checkouts on” option:

If this is enabled and still express checkout buttons are not showing on your end, it looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stripe plugins are enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Or, if you’d like someone else to do this work for you, our trusted partner, Codeable, has an offering where they will run this test for $150 USD. If there is time left, they will also fix the problems they found.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @royalexpress

I’m glad you were able to find the culprit of your issue here which is the LearnDash LMS – WooCommerce Integration plugin.

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.
