# Apperance> Menu Issues

 * Hello eveythings is working great on my site except for me be able to add new
   menus items (pages) to my site navigation. when i go to add pages to the menu/
   custom menu it can add to the list and i can structure it how i want to but when
   i go to save it i get this message
 * Fatal error: [] operator not supported for strings in /hermes/waloraweb029/b2275/
   moo.wherzitattodaycom/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 911
 * I have checked ever plugin turned off and then back on even deactivated all and
   deleted all of them from the folder and refresh via FTP, i even reinstalled a
   new wp-admin & wp-includes folder and still the same issue can someone please
   help me!!

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from 
   a **fresh** download of WordPress.

 * i tried that and now its saying this
