 * Add the following style:
 *     ```
       #fbuilder table th,#cp_abcform_pform  table th,
       #fbuilder table td,#cp_abcform_pform  table td{display:table-cell}
       ```
   
 * Add the needed styles into the “Customization area >> Add Custom Styles” (at 
   the bottom of the page that contains the list of calendars).
