 * This is in a class called appended-text which is rendered as part of the shortcode.
 * I found similar settings within the Settings > Application Form, but nothing 
   to change that text. Am I missing something?

 * That’s not part of the plugin so can’t really help.
 * Somebody has set this up as part of your installation so you maybe need to contact
   the people who built the site for you.
