 * After activating the plugin and enable verified users, the <‘ appeared before
   each author name.
 * How to get rid of it, please?

 * It looks like your current theme is not doing a fine job at escaping HTML tag
   attributes. As it seems to grab what’s inside the text (including our HTML markups)
   to populate the title attribute without any escaping, thus breaking the printed
   markups…

   can either report this to your theme author or changing for another theme, more
