# Appearance >> Widgets loaded with errors

 * Hello,
 * I am trying to add a widget in Appearance >> Widgets but I am getting a spinning
   wheel forever and a bunch of errors (as seen here: [https://snipboard.io/y9NIjE.jpg](https://snipboard.io/y9NIjE.jpg)&
   [https://snipboard.io/WghfPk.jpg](https://snipboard.io/WghfPk.jpg)). Therefore
   I cannot do anything in the widgets section.
 * What is the issue and how can I fix this?

 * This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all
   plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme. If the problem goes
   away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
 * If you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for you while you’re still logged in **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.
