    When the pop-up shows on Iphone it is a dark pop-up and very vague, whereas on Android it is clear (white) and the lay-out is fine.

    Thanks for the URL, we can see the issue on your site when checking on iPhone but we couldn’t replicate this with our test sites.
    It seems that there’s something specific in your popup setting that is causing this, could you provide us with an export file so we can check it further on our end?

    You can go to Hustle > Popups and click on Gear icon next to your popup to get the export file.
    Upload that file to any file sharing service like GDrive or DropBox and share the download link so we can check it out further.

    Hello @nobishr,

    I went ahead and checked the same across multiple browsers and devices. This looks to be an issue only with iPhone devices with iOS versions 14.3 and up. As a quick fix, could you please navigate to your site wp-admin Dashboard-> Appearance-> Customize-> Additional CSS:

    .hustle-ui.hustle-popup .hustle-popup-mask{
    z-index:-1!important;
    }

    I will also be tasking this up to the Hustle team to check the same for future improvements on our end. Thank you so much for bringing this up. Please let me know if the fix works for you.
