Support » Plugin: MailPoet - emails and newsletters in WordPress » Appearance of the wallpaper when editing

  • Resolved mediabouquetin

When I create a new column or insert automated content (post), mailpoet displays a wallpaper that I have applied to another column (which I have since deleted).
However, I removed this wallpaper (you can see on the screenshot).
The only way to create new “clean” columns is to duplicate them.

The wallpaper does not appear in the email in the end but this greatly reduces the readability when writing the newsletter.
This is not the first time this has happened. On different sites and servers, I’ve already had the problem.
    Am I the only one?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @mediabouquetin I’m afraid that’s a known bug. Can you please duplicate that newsletter and work with the duplicated copy. That should fix this issue.

    Hi !

    Okay, thank you !

Please excuse me: I checked if others had the same problem but I didn’t find anything on the forum. (It is more difficult to search when you speak poor English.)
