Same issue happened an year ago with another website but it vanished after a new Forminator plugin update. If possible, can you please share the Page URL of the live site where we can check the form? * Further, you can also test the form and check how it looks when you add the “ nocache” parameter to the page URL For example: **yourdomain.com/formpage/?nocache =1** and check if the form is showing with the correct style changes. * In case you notice the form is visible fine, it should confirm the issue could be related to some caches from the site/browser, in that case, you can navigate to **WP Admin >> Forminator >> Forms >> Edit form >> Behavior >> Scroll down to “Rendering” >> Enable the toggle “Prevent page caching on form pages” >> Save Settings**. Please refer to the screenshot below. I have tried all the changes as you advised but nothing helped. We are only able to see the issue when we type your contact page with additional parameter like/? nocache. With that parameter in url the Forminator CSS doesn’t load. * In the first place try to exclude Frominator files in WP Fastest Cache from minification: * ```wp-block-code /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/jquery.validate.min.js /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/forminator-ui/js/forminator-form.min.js /wp-content/plugins/forminator/build/front/front.multi.min.js /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/intlTelInput.min.js ``` * and see if that helps. * Also please navigate to Forminator -> Settings -> Data.
