# Appearance > GeneratePress menu remove

 * Hi, I am loving GeneratePress, but i am having a bit of difficulty removing some
   settings for Editors in my multisite setup.
 * I need to remove the Appearance > GeneratePress menu option for editors only.
   I am using Adminimize and when I deactivate GeneratePress option for editors,
   it still persists. Everything else is fine….just this menu option. Please help!

 * You could wrap the remove_action() function with a conditional so it only removes
   it for specific roles.
 * However, it’s currently set to only display to users with the edit_theme_options
   capability, which I don’t believe editors have.
