Hi @minhle123,
Does the frontend still work/function normal? Do you notice any other errors, notices?
Can you also check console (try pressing F12 on Chrome or Firefox and navigate to the Console tab) to see if you notice any JS errors, etc.?
Other than this, in order to debug if this is being caused by any custom themes, plugins, you could try disabling all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If deactivating your current theme solves it, then the issue was likely your current theme.
Hope that helps.
Here is the error that I get when i check console tab
abc
Can you help to check?
Thanks
Also, the frontend still working fine. the customer still can purchase.
There is one issue that i would need your help is: when i hover the product, the next product image is always blurry like below

Cool, that makes it clear. All you now need to check is which plugin or if your theme is loading contentscript.js
and VM151
. The problem is with one of those resources.
Once those JS errors are resolved, Customizer should load just fine.
Cheers!
Blurry images could be due to several reasons, including network issues, server response time, lazy loading if present or something else. What is the URL of the website where I can check? Is is this: https://easterark.com/shop/?
I’ve just deactivate all plugins. And while there is no plugin active, the issue still there
Okay, you should also try switching to the default theme (Twenty Twenty) and see if the issue still persists.
The issue is gone once switching to default theme. Then how do i fix this issue? everything still works fine until today
It is more likely that your theme hasn’t been updated to ensure compatibility with WordPress 5.5. Now that you updated to most recent WordPress version, there was conflict which caused this.
You could try contacting your theme developer to let them know about this and await a fix from them. They could also suggest a workaround for the time being.
@aniash_29 ,
I have the same problem, and if i go to appearance > widget, i cant open the widgets and change anything.
Hi @brandinwebdesign,
You will need to debug in the same manner to see what is actually going wrong.
Check console while the page loads in the Browser Developer Tools (use F12 in Chrome/Firefox) to see if you notice any JS errors/warnings.
You can also try deactivating your current theme and activate any default WordPress theme (Twenty*). If that does not work, try deactivating all plugins and then activate them one by one to see where the problem is.
i just downgrade my wordpress to 5.4 and everything is back to normal
He @aniash_29 ,
I have js errors in color-picker.js and load-scripts.php and widget.php.
I can also not delete a plugin. deactivate works but not delete the plugin.
i try to fixe it with enable jquery migrate but thats also not working.
