    Hi,

    I recently noticed that when I go to customise my theme, all the options have disappeared (I’ve hosted a screenshot here: https://ibb.co/XJNKL2D)

    Not sure if this is linked to WordPress update or not, but I have followed the guide at the top of the forums, but it still is not working.

    I have recently deleted all the Bold Grid plugins, but not sure if that has anything to do with this or not?

    The Customizer is written in a lot of javascript, with themes and plugins adding more. Any error in any of it can crash all of it, so you need to use your browser tools to see what errors there are, and ask at that forum for a fix.

    Hi Joy,

    I have done your suggestion and there are loads of errors (see screenshot again: https://ibb.co/Z2WY28y)

    I am fairly new to this, so I am unsure what these mean.

    I am using the Astra Theme – could it be that the WordPress update has caused an issue with the Astra theme?

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Not sure if related, but Elementor, a page editing plugin, is also not loading.

    I checked the plugins I uninstalled and can’t see how any made any difference. This was working this morning and then after the WordPress update these issues have started.

    I have also gone to the Updates section of WordPress and reinstalled WordPress 5.4.2, but no change.

    I’m a bit stuck for options.

    The 503 errors that you’re getting are the cause of the problem, but to solve it you will either need to ask your hosting service about it, or look at your server error logs to find the root cause.

    It would appear that full functionality is available if I use Safari browser.

    I have uninstalled Chrome and clear cookies and cache again, but still the same.

    My host Dreamhost is currently unavailable to take questions.

    I don’t know how to access server error logs, I am still new to this.
