 * Hi I am not technical but am trying to get the email subscription form to appear
   on the sidebar.
 * I get the title only with no email subscription boxes below it. All I get
 * You may manage your subscription options from your profile
 * You can see it on the blog post of my site <a href=”[http://marketingforcontractors.co.uk&#8221](http://marketingforcontractors.co.uk&#8221);
 * Can you please tell me (in non techie words) how to change that?

 * how do I make a gap between the sidebar items and recent blog posts, as they 
   seem squashed up together? Same thing in the main body of each blog

 * Increase the padding, you currently only have it set as 5 pixels top and 3 bottom.
   Makes those numbers bigger in your style.css file.
