Apparent error connecting to Facebook account

Hello,

I’m currently trying to understand this error that’s popped up on my Pixel Caffeine log:

“Please, connect your facebook account to make operations to the custom audiences of your Ad account.”

My account is shown as connected and highlighted green (using ‘facebook connect’ yet I am receiving this error.

Also – I have the plugin Cartflows connected to my site and have setup custom events (incase this has anything to do with it)

Hi,

please try to refresh your facebook connection by following these steps:
1. Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
5. Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions

Hello,

Yes this is the first thing I did and I cleared the log. (I read these instructions from your previous post)

The image you see here of the log is after I completed the steps above.

Hi,

sorry for the delay on my response. It’s really weird that you cannot connect to facebook. A question: does this error block you in the custom audience page or are you able instead to create custom audience regularly even with the error in the log page?
