 * I am requesting to upload my apps since 2 weeks ago . i have given you passwords
   of my site and gave you the permission of apple and Android. but still not uploaded
   the app. we request to upload the app. cap creating time is 5 min and according
   to you, app uploading time 3 hrs and to but its more than two weeks. whats the
   issue. even i cant login to forum. ticket number #3913

 * you guys keep on closing tickets. where is my app. its never uploading i paid
   10th for July for uploading service not is more than two weeks yesterday also
   i got and email with new ticket number. but where is my app ??????.
