App Setting

    I am having issue with the Setting. I am getting this error We are unable to process your request. Please try again.I think it may be the Horizontal Offset of Chat Launcher and the Vertical Offset of Chat Launcher I have it set to 0. Is there a default setting for this? Or Am I doing something else wrong?
