    I am getting the following error message at the top of my feed:

    Error: Cannot call API for app 1123168491105924 on behalf of user 10212425124796784
    Type: OAuthException
    Code: 200 **NOTE** This error is only shown to logged in Admins of this WordPress installError: Cannot call API for app 1123168491105924 on behalf of user 10212425124796784

    and the following error message on the Facebook options settings:

    Oh No something’s wrong. Cannot call API for app 1123168491105924 on behalf of user 10212425124796784. Please click the button above to retrieve a new Access Token.

    But when I click the ‘login and get my access token’ button, I get the following error:

    App not set up
    This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

    I have your plugin version 2.9.8.4, and I am logged into Facebook as an admin of the page I’m trying to access.

    Update…

    I found the slick remix app in my Facebook settings/business integrations.

    It said some permissions had expired. I renewed them all, but it didn’t help.

    I have also tried removing the slick remix app from Facebook and trying to add it again through your plugin, but it didn’t help.

    I have also tried removing your plugin from my wordpress site and adding it again, but it didn’t help.

    Update…

    Removed feed from the site and replaced with one from a different plugin, so ignore the ‘page I need help with’ link.

    But if you have a fix, I’d happily go back to using your plugin!

    At the moment, we are experiencing an issue with our Facebook connection, which is affecting both the Facebook and Instagram feeds.

    Our developers have reached out to Facebook and are working on a solution. We hope to have this issue resolved, and have all affected feeds back up within the next 24-48 hours.

    Hi @mcxg46,

    We very much appreciate your patience. The Facebook and Instagram connections have been restored.

    Please make sure you are running the latest free version of the Feed Them Social plugin, currently 2.9.8.4.

    You may need to reacquire a new Facebook and/or Instagram access token, create a new shortcode and replace your old shortcode.
