# App doesn’t connect

 * I don’t know the reason, but after installing and activating this plugin and 
   JWT Plugin, I receive this error message when I try to connect:
 * `Website Auth Setup Incorrect - Contact Admin - wp-config incorrect setup.`
 * I couldn’t find anything about this message when I googled it. Do you know what
   does this mean?

 * Thanks for the quick response! It worked in our main website.
    Still, we couldn’t
   make it work in our testing environment with a base URL like “[https://www.foo.bar/wordpress_directory&#8221](https://www.foo.bar/wordpress_directory&#8221);.
   We get this error:
 * `"Login Failure Contact Admin - Probable Cause incorrect URL"`

 * What is “$#8221” at the end of this URL?
 * Be sure same URL set at wp-admin – Setting – General – Site URL and WordPress
   URL?

 * Oh, it was nothing, I don’t know why that was added (apparently the end quote
   was interpreted as part of the URL). But basically I meant that the WordPress
   site is located in a dedicated directory inside the root of a site.
 * And yes, “site address” and “wordpress address” are both pointing to that sub-
   directory (in this case, the hypothetical [https://www.foo.bar/wordpress_directory](https://www.foo.bar/wordpress_directory))
