    Tried to get this app to work using both the pop-forms and the embedded forms but unfortunately the pop-up form appears on pages that it’s not set to appear on and at incorrect times. Contacted support however response is extremely slow I have to keep the poorly running pop-up enabled so they can check it out however they are taking days to reply. Now, as of today, the embedded form has disappeared from the posts despite not changing settings. It’s currently set to always be visible even if someone has already opted in. This app doesn’t seem to be worth the hassle. Will look for an alternative.

    In some cases it can take some time to receive a reply because of the amounts of support requests active.

    We ask you to keep the plugin active so we can correctly test it, however, in your case, I see that my colleague asked you to leave it active only on a test page to avoid displaying the issue to your visitors.
