App Blocking with All In One WP Security & Firewall

I’m using App Blocking with All In One WP ecurity & Firewall, but there are several apps like Dsers for ordering on Aliexpress and Yampi which is my Payment Gateway, they only work if I’m logged into WordPress, which is unfeasible , as sales often take place at dawn.

I’ve already put the IP that the Dsers people gave me in the Login white list, but I don’t think it’s in this location, because their case is not login.

How do I solve it?
