Apostrophes in title not escaped

    The title for my Categories, “Rita’s Monthly Gardening Tips” was truncated to “Rita”. I tried “Rita\’s Monthly Gardening Tips” , and the backslash was printed in the title. It works with “Rita’s Monthly Gardening Tips” , but the people who regularly maintain the site would never be able to figure that out.
