Apostrophes and quotation marks not allowed

Apostrophes and quotation marks are not accepted in the INSTRUCTIONS field. They seem to be allowed (properly escaped?) in all the other fields. I’ve only noticed this in the Instructions field. This is a huge show-stopper in an otherwise amazing form plugin. Any ideas?
