Apostrophe showing Incorrectly in Feed

    I use an apostrophe in my blog title. It appears correctly in the blog but on feeds instead of an apostrophe I’m getting the character string “&-#39;” (without the quotation marks and the -, so it’s ampersand pound 3 9 semicolon).

    Suggestions?
