Apostrophe & #039; bug problem

    i have All In One SEO Pack 2.2.3.1 latest version and in my website description and keywords are big problem when i add in keywords or descriptions this simbol ‘ (Apostrophe) example:
    example’s my description and keywords in source show : example& #039;
    please help me fix it i reinstall plugin but dont fix it
