Apostrophe

    the name of my company includes an apostrophe. when contact forms are sent, it converts the apostrophe to unicode – it looks awful in the re: field when responding. i fix it, but that breaks the email chain. is there a fix for this? when I search the term in contact form 7, it seems to be unresolved. thank you in advance for your assistance.
