 * Hi,
 * I’m looking at implementing this, and was wondering if anyone else has already.
   Basically, what I need is something just like the XMLRPC APIs that already exist,
   except that they deal with user data instead of article data.
 * I’m looking at implementing features like add user, modify user, delete user,
   etc.
