 * The plugin is not working for me. It is showing the following error message:
 * The API returned a 403 response with this message: Google Analytics for WordPress
   by MonsterInsights failed to retrieve the new report data. Error message: User
   does not have sufficient permissions for this profile.
 * We are using the Lite version. I believe we were using this plugin for free.
   Is it no longer free? I don’t understand why we no longer have the correct permissions.
 * Thanks, Delinda

 * Hi there,
    The error indicates that the Google account used to authenticate the
   site does not have the necessary Google Analytics permissions to be able to pull
   data for the site.
 * This can occur for a variety of reasons, including things like changing your
   Google password or enabling 2FA, among others.
 * I would recommend re-authenticating, as that usually solves the issue (see Step
   3 in this guide: [https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/how-to-fix-wrong-google-analytics-profile-selected-in-settings/](https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/how-to-fix-wrong-google-analytics-profile-selected-in-settings/))
