 * The documentation says that the arguments to AddUrl are:
    – The URL to the page–
   The last modified data, as a UNIX timestamp (optional) – The Change Frequency(
   daily, hourly, weekly and so on) (optional) – The priority 0.0 to 1.0 (optional)
 * Can you confirm the the URL should NOT be encoded, e.g.
 * [http://www.foo.com/?foo=bar&baz=bat](http://www.foo.com/?foo=bar&baz=bat)
 * rather than
 * [http://www.foo.com/?foo=bar&baz=bat](http://www.foo.com/?foo=bar&baz=bat)

 * OK – so the forums ate my code:
 * Can you confirm the the URL should NOT be encoded, e.g.
 * `http://www.foo.com/?foo=bar&baz=bat`
 * rather than
 * `http://www.foo.com/?foo=bar& baz=bat`
    [Without the space, but the forums decode
   it otherwise!]
