# API not working 404

 * Hello David,
    im working on a site, and I am getting the following error while
   trying to access the api to get the gallery info as explained here:
 * [https://www.smart-variations.com/knowledge-base/api/get/](https://www.smart-variations.com/knowledge-base/api/get/)
   
   This is my response
 *     ```
       {
           "code": "rest_no_route",
           "message": "No se ha encontrado la ruta que coincida con la URL y el método de la solicitud",

               "status": 404
           }
       }
       ```
   
 * What could this issue be about? I can access the other woocommerce endpoints 
   correctly.
