    A few of our sites are using this plugin to connect to mailchimp but this one seems to be having an issue where the API key, more specifically the account settings gets reset about once a week.

    Some useful info:
    – Ctrl + f, newsletter to take you to the form on the link provided.
    – This is a multisite
    – Has been happening for a few months now

    I am currently trying to use a different API key to see if it changes anything.

    Please can you let me know if there is anything I can do to solve this?

    Hello, Thanks for the quick reply.

    No, I am not a pro client. I found this plugin through WordPress’ plugin search.

    I have tried to create a ticket on the site as you suggested but could not find any facilities to do so, the only form I found was on the contact us page.

    If you could provide me with the correct steps or page on which to do so, I would be happy to oblige.

    Have you managed to have a look at the above yet?

    As a side note changing the api key did not fix the issue.

    I am thinking of hardcoding the key at the moment.
    Could you possibly let me know how reasonable/viable this idea is?

    Can you open a new ticket on our site?

    As mentioned in my second reply I have looked around the site you mentioned, but could not find a way to open a ticket there.

    If you could point me in the right direction, I would be happy to open a ticket there.

    If you purchased, you can log in and open a ticket from the customer panel,

    Hello again.

    Apologies for the late reply.

    I have been watching the logs for the past few weeks and the issue seems to have stopped a while after the api key was changed.

    Since this is no longer an issue I am going to mark is as resolved for now.
