    Hello,

    i got some issues with the API. Currently the Plugin is saying that my password will expire and when i reset it i need to click on Get Account Settings. But when I do i am getting this:
    Account Connection Failed: API error: {“status”:403,”title”:”none”,”detail”:”none”} . Make sure to save the settings before testing the connection.

    How can this be fixed?

    If you have changed the password, then please enter it in the “Password” field and scroll to the bottom of the page and save the settings. Once saved, try retrieving your account details again.

    @shadim thanks for your reply, but this didnt help me, i tried it like you said, but i still get:

    @shadim Same issue here. The login credentials are 100% correct because the login works via the dhl website.

    @shadim I wrote you 3 days ago but still no answer… the function is needed for our shop so we would be very happy if we could find a solutions soon.

    In the meantime, I tried adding a new system-user to the dhl business system but the error stays.

    i have the same issue.
    i wrote an email to “dhlsupport [at] progressus.io” on march 19th but i havend´t received an answer til today.

    is there a solution for this problem?
    account-datails are correct.
