# API Error for Refund

 * hi, We are using NMI to process payments on our WP website. We have an integration
   with WooCommerce Quickbooks Connector Pro, and while we are testing the payments
   we are running into this strange issues, that seems to be connected to placing
   an order using a WordPress Admin User login credential.
 * So in other words, while we are getting a user-end Fatal Error that seems to 
   be connected to Quickbooks Connector Pro, the order gets processed just fine 
   by NMI.
 * As we try to REFUND the charges, we get this error:
 * An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway
   API.
 * Do you have any advice why? Thank You for your help
