# API Error! couldn't connect to host

 * Hi Support!
 * When I entered the API key and clicked on the “Save” button, I got this message:
 * > API Error! couldn’t connect to host
 * Also RSS-feed from GetResponse doesn’t work on “GetResponse Plugin Settings” 
   page:
 * > No rss items, feed might be broken.
 * On other blog all works properly.
    Need your help!

 * Probably the other blog is on different hosting ? Or in the same?
    This error
   message means that script is unable to connect to our API from host. Could you
   confirm on which host is broken blog? And send us IP address of this server?
