API doesn’t work, customer service doesn’t respond

    A few months ago I would have left a 5 star review for this plugin. However, for the past 2 months the API refuses to update the temperature anymore. I left it there thinking it might eventually get fixed but it hasn’t. The temperature here is not 75 degrees 24 hours a day.

    I’ve cleared the cache, tried changing the timezone with override, and I’ve tried making a new “Weather” post. Contacted customer service and never got a response. Guess it’s time to switch to a service that works since you guys won’t help me resolve the problem.

    Perhaps the plugin does not work exclusively for you for reasons beyond the author’s control.

    You are doing a bad thing, based on a single bad review, blocking a wonderful plugin that more than one person has worked on. The source code is there, open it and see what you have where it doesn’t fit, on https://openweathermap.org / look – they also have bugs, and this is like a data source.

    I use the plugin on several sites, it works great and is perfectly customized. Not the author, just the translator and the user.
